Rejection this is when one is scorned, excluded from something like an interaction, (by ignoring a person, or giving the silent treatment, excluding a person from a game), someone as in a relationship, individual basis or by an entire group of people. Furthermore, rejection can be an action such as bullying, teasing, or ridiculing. The experience of being rejected is subjective for the recipient, and it can be perceived when it is not actually present.

I can safely say this everyone at some time in their life they have been rejected. Being rejected isn’t something you we should take to head or heart but it happen. Rejection is like a wound, if left untreated can become infected (worse). It like being rejected in the same way more than one it more than just a no, a silent moment, it tampers with yourself esteem.  Other experience of rejection can lead to a number of adverse psychological consequences such as loneliness, confidence, aggression, and depression, anger, elicit emotional pain. It can also lead to feelings of insecurity and a heightened sensitivity to future rejection. You firm of mind. Trying to change the mind of person who rejected you, views of you? DON’T move on with your life make moments in your life that’s makes and keep you happy.

Do you think we give people too much power over how that make us feel?

  2. Angelique says:

The truth is we have all been rejected in life, and hurt by passing comments, bullying, silent treatment, negative statements being said about us from people who push us out of their circle. I know it hurts and real deeply too, but if you are able to recover, you will see the blessing in the rejection. If they did not reject you, you would not have know their true feelings towards you and worse you would be among a set of people that truly do not represent your character and your integrity. So as the author of this piece said, take it, feel it, manage it and move on and leave it and be thankful that God made you spot who the rejecters are before you got caught in their web of deceit.
